The story centers around the young linguistic genius and university professor Testa. He is introduced by his senior, Sergeant Rossa, to the Allied Cryptanalysis Department. There, he is tasked to break the enemy werewolves' code, which the werewolves are using to encrypt their radio transmissions. Testa is astounded, as the only sound the encrypted code produces is the howling of a wolf. His research yields no results, and he resolves to capture a live werewolf for better cryptanalysis. Fourteen-year-old Namio Ikazuki is a video game addict. One day he discovers a new video game, called "Iron World," which is completely customizable by the user. Interestingly enough, the game presents an alternate version of his city... The next day, when he returns from school, he finds one of the characters he had created in the flesh and blood (or, more accurately, cables and iron). She tells him there is some interference between the real world and the "Iron World," and that he must now go up against the very villians he created himself.
Utahime Fight is a collection of three short stories, all of which are about magical, mysteriously attractive girls and they effect they have on the people around them. In the first story, a girl and her two friends (one male, one female) are really magical fighters for something - probably love and justice. The second story follows two girls who are magically drawn into the plot of a movie, in which a prince strives to save his mother and his land. After being threatened with their lives, they wake up in the library in school. They have a final scene in which they admit that they love each other and story ends.
